TA Café: Understanding and Addressing Implicit Bias in Policy and Practice

Building on the February 13, 2024 virtual training, “Understanding and Addressing Implicit Bias in Policy and Practice” this TA Café will provide space for Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) grantees along with facilitators to practive usng a problem solving model and the ‘Vulnerable Decision Points’ framework to identify areas with a higher risk of inequity. Participatns will then begin to develop practical changes to policy and practice to help increase equity in the identified areas.
Attendance will be capped at 75 participants for this TA Café and is intended for those who participated in the virtual training on February 13, 2024. Click on the link below to register for this TA Café. Once capacity is reached, you will only be able to register for the waitlist.

In this TA Café, participants will:
- Use a problem-solving model and the Vulnerable Decision Points framework to identify areas with a higher risk of inequity and begin to develop practical changes to policy and practice to help increase equity in them.
