The Runaway and Homeless Youth Training, Technical Assistance, and Capacity Building Center (RHYTTAC) is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) as the training and technical assistance provider for all runaway and homeless youth (RHY) grantees. RHYTTAC will assist FYSB grantee agencies in developing effective approaches to serving runaway and homeless youth, accessing new resources, and establishing linkages with other programs with similar interests and concerns. Participation in RHY training and technical assistance is typically free, with the exception of a small registration fee to the annual national training and travel-related expenses. Recognizing that travel costs are often prohibitive for many grantees, RHYTTAC works to ensure topics delivered via technical assistance clinics and trainings are also made available to all grantees via the website and other outlets.
